Customer Reviews

As a former student of Martin Seligman, I am lucky so far almost all published book to read. I am pleased to announce that Ms. Rubin offers something completely different. To read the Happiness Project is to express an intimate journey with the author, as it is - from month to month - the empirical findings of positive psychology to walk the ancient wisdom of the philosophers, the notions of common sense guru being present.

I appreciated every open, funny and insightful pageyour account project happiness. In fact, the experiment of a very useful framework for those who want to see all the luck out there to translate research findings into practice. By nobles (the creation of their own personal commandments) to Silly (dance 40s pop up with yourself, your children while her husband at the park) it is certainly a couple of goals, practices and experiences speak.

This is a sweet ... Happy reading!
