The Seventh Sister, A Paranormal Romance (Parched, book two)

The Seventh Sister, A Paranormal Romance (Parched, book two) Overview

"He’s watching me with wide eyes; I know he felt it too. What do these physical reactions mean? The vampire fills me with warmth but the Wek makes my soul flutter."

(Book 2 of the Parched novel series)
Zillael, the seventh sister, finds herself falling for two very different supernatural beings, a Wek and a Selell (better known as a vampire). Plus she's learning that she too is a supernatural creature. A complicated love triangle forms and threatens to turn deadly the day the fog rolls in.

*There's sensual contact in this book. This is adult fiction; it's not YA.

A NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR ABOUT WRITING THIS BOOK

I decided to make the second book in the Parched novel series short to deal with the limitations of writing in the first person point of view (or POV). See, Parched book one is told in Clarity’s POV but as the saga continues to unfold, other sisters will be introduced.

So, I knew it was time to introduce Zillael but at the same time, she has this entire back story. She's in love with two supernatural creatures, who are part of the main plot. How their love triangle comes to be is the focus of book two. However, I wanted to show how different Zillael is from Clarity, Fawn and Adore as well, and how that adds substance to the main conflict as the series continues to move forward.
